Pirooz Parvarandeh

Pirooz has over 30 years of experience in the high-tech sector. He currently serves as a COO at a software start-up. Prior to this he served as Chief Operating Officer of Aquantia from January 2018 until September 2019 when the company was acquired. In this role, he oversaw Engineering, Manufacturing & Operations, Quality and Reliability and IT.
Prior to Aquantia, he was with Maxim Integrated from 1987-2015. He joined Maxim Integrated in 1987 when it was a pre-IPO company. During his 27 year tenure at Maxim, he has played a key role in Maxim’s growth to a $2.4B/yr. company. As Group President, he has led new product development activities, and has had P&L responsibility for a number of Business Units whose aggregate revenues were approximately $800M/yr. He also served as Maxim’s first CTO.
